Ellington Properties has launched Belgravia III in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) neighborhood. The project is consist of two L-shaped buildings facing each other. The two buildings overlook a central courtyard complete with a swimming pool, landscaping and a private seating area. The interiors have been designed by Lacasa, led by Patrick Bean. Each building block has its own separate identity in terms of design, featuring 224 studios and one and two bedroom apartments, complete with a contemporary facade. The residential project Belgravia III by Ellington Properties pays a strong focus on “community living”, including high-end features and dynamic lighting reminiscent of a hospitality space, as well as artworks and sculptures created by local artists. The apartments feature high ceilings across living, dining and bedrooms, giving them a spacious feel. Belgravia III by Ellington Properties also includes a residents’ lounge, with the aim of bringing the outdoors inside.
