Ellington Properties has launched Belgravia III in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) neighborhood. The project is consist of two L-shaped buildings facing each other. Each building block has its own separate identity in terms of design, featuring 224 studios and one and two bedroom apartments, complete with a contemporary facade. The residential project Belgravia III by Ellington Properties  pays a strong focus on “community living”, including high-end features and dynamic lighting reminiscent of a hospitality space, as well as artworks and sculptures created by local artists. The apartments feature high ceilings across living, dining and bedrooms, giving them a spacious feel. Belgravia III by Ellington Properties also includes a residents’ lounge, with the aim of bringing the outdoors inside. It contains a pool and seating area and a small cinema within the premises. Expected completion of the project was announced as in the year 2019. Starting price offered is AED 820,000.
