Town Square Dubai Project:
The development by NSHAMA is launched over several phases and will contain mainly townhouses and apartments. The development of Town Square, a 31 million sq ft of area near Al Barsha, includes 3,000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments in total. The Key contractors include Shapoorji Pallonji, Kier Dubai, Al Naboodah Contracting, Beaver Gulf Group and Binladin Contracting Group. The interesting feature of the plan is a large ‘town-square’ at the middle of the project which according to the developer will be approximately the size of 16 football fields and feature retail, parks, a cinema etc. It would be one of Dubai’s most beautiful public places and the entire project will be built over 10 years of span.
