Al Zaab is one of the capital's most prominent residential areas. It is situated in the heart of the city with a combination of villa and apartment. • Al Zaab was known primarily for his spacious villas’ decades ago; but, with time, the area has seen major residential tower growth. The area now contains high-rise towers in Al Zaab and a mixture of ancient and modern villas in Al Zaab.

Transportation and parking spaces in Al Zaab

The easiest way to get to the area is to hire a taxi or a private vehicle. The nearest bus stop is on Al Falah Street, 10 minutes away, for people who choose to travel by public bus.

There are no commercial shops or showrooms in the city, hence Al Zaab has less paying parking spaces. The inhabitants are not concerned as there is dedicated parking for residential buildings. Based on the size of your villa, the villas have a built-in parking space for two or three cars.

Choithrams and Fatima Supermarket are the nearest to several supermarkets in Al Zaab. Al Khalidiyah is just 9 minutes from the nearest spinney’s supermarket. The region is almost an 8-minute drive from seven Emirates Supermarket, Souq Planet, and Abela Supermarket.

Mosques and holy places in Al Zaab

Al Zaab has several mosques, which include the Mosque of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan the First, Abdullah Bin Shaiban Mosque, Abdullah Saleh Mosque, and the central Zaab Mosque.

At the end of 2020, Abu Dhabi will have a temple, but there is no temple in the area. The temples in Dubai in the Bur Dubai area will be visited by locals.

The Christian community may sometimes visit several churches in Al Mushrif. It is situated in a peaceful position 11 to 15 minutes from Al Zaab, Kings and these are King's Church, Abu Dhabi International SDA Church, Abu Dhabi Apostolic Tamil Church, Philadelphia Church of God, and Saint Anthony Cathedral for Coptic Church.
