Al Hosn Real Estate also referred to as Al Hisn, is a famous area in the northern part of Abu Dhabi. The region is on the coast, to the west of Al Danah and east of the village of Khalidiya. Qasr Al Hosn, an icon in the Emirate, is situated here.

Al Hosn primarily consists of residential apartments but also some commercial buildings. The most significant feature of the area's road network is Corniche Street, Zayed the First Street, the village of Al Salam Street, also named Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Street.

The Downtown Sheraton Hotel is the coolest place to check-in if you visit in Al Hosn district and want to stay nearby. The hotel was opened in March 2015 and is a four-star hotel with outstanding facilities, well-equipped modern rooms, and spectacular views of the Gulf.

Platinum Hotel Apartments is another 4-star hotel in the district. Less than 1 km from the beach of Abu Dhabi. The hotel has an outdoor pool, fitness, spa center, and free WiFi internet access. A full kitchen, a dining area, a TV, a sun terrace, and 24-hours room services are available in each room.

In a high-end hotel, valet parking, and an airport taxi, guests can enjoy foreign cuisine. WTC Mall can also be reached directly. 

Transportation and Parking spaces in Al Hosn

There is a large car park with ample parking spaces for residents in every residential house. There is plenty of road parking in Al Hosn as per the visitors.

People can easily travel around the city by taxi or by bus. There is a central coach station in the city called Al Ittihad Square Bus Stand. The bus station Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street is also accessible from Abu Dhabi Central. The ride is 9 minutes.

Supermarkets in Al Hosn

In Al Hosn, you can see several supermarkets conveniently situated. The Khalid Bin Waleed Street is just a short distance away, and Baqala and Safa Express are situated on the first street to the Corniche Grocery, SPAR Express, and Avenue Supermarket.

There are many significant mosques in the city that residents choose for their Friday prayers. The Sufyan Ibn Al Harith Mosque, Mosque of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed, and Sheikh Hamid Bin Batti Mosque are among those mosques.
