Tourist Club Area (TCA)

The current name Al Zahiyah now appeals to the Tourist Club Area (TCA). The area is situated on Abu Dhabi's east side. It is in the middle of Corniche Road East and Al Falah Lane, one of the key areas of the capital city, and enjoys an excellent location. There are houses and towers in the city. The area provides some prominent family and individual residential facilities.

Tourist Club Area Neighborhood

Al Zahiyah residential area features several traditional towers that were built in 1968. The municipality of Abu Dhabi has identified and demolished such buildings to ensure that the region reflects the new transformation of Abu Dhabi.
