Presenting the opening phase of a mixed-use development on the outskirts of Dubai, the project includes two high-rise office buildings and two high-rise apartment buildings with direct access to Sheik Zayed Road. Mixed-use buildings and a four-building commercial block covers the area on either side, and a central plaza covers a below the ground parking structure. Work is currently in progress on gardens for roof, gallery and plaza, a central plaza that includes interactive water features, pedestrian cafes on roadside and gathering spaces, while streetscape designs connects the block to the future development areas. Detailed design of the project includes fine streets and parks to create the identity for the district with highly maintained neighborhood parks, pedestrian friendly streets with architectural canopies and kiosks, and a 1.6-hectare (4-acre) plaza with water features and roof gardens, video displays on the exterior and café.
