In Muraba Residences, there are 2 3-bedroom apartments and 4 and 5-bedroom penthouses. Each unit is properly stocked and has a fully equipped kitchen. These apartments have large bedrooms, separate bathrooms, maids' quarters, washing machines, and large balconies.
2-bedroom apartments:
The apartments with 2 bedrooms occupy 1,750 to 1980 sq ft. There is an open kitchen, a bathroom, a powder room, a ladies' room, and a spacious balcony available for residents.
Three-bedroom apartments:
3-bedroom Muraba Residences have an area of 2.430 sq ft. Three spacious bedrooms are fitted with integrated wardrobes and bathrooms. The windows allow residents to have a view of the skyline of Dubai. A guest bathroom, a large dining room, a large living room, a separate maid's room, and a laundry room are provided too.
They also have an installed open-air kitchen with integrated cabinets. Some apartments with 3 beds have over two balconies.
MURABA PENTHOUSES:
The Muraba Residences have an outstanding aesthetic design in these penthouses. There are two rooms with a private balcony, four or five singles, wide living spaces, and a private elevator. There are four or five double bedrooms too. Residents will watch astonishing views of the Arabian Gulf through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The area occupied by these units is 4,197 to 6,737 sq. ft
Most residents move via their cars in Muraba Residences. The monorail system needs to be used by people searching for public transport near Muraba Residences.
Palm Atlantis is the closest monorail station, nearly a nine-minute drive from the high-speed building. Taxis and metro are other modes of transport close to Muraba Residences.
