The Za’abeel project is spread over more than 10 km2. It is situated in eastern Dubai. Za’abeel community comprises of two luxurious sub-communities Za’abeel 1, which is nearby Al Nasr and is limited toward the south by routes Oud Metha Road and Second Zabeel Road.
