About Location
Dubai Investment Park.

The project is spread across an area of 2,300 hectares equivalent to 5,683 acres and consists of three major zones including an industrial complex for light and medium industries and technology companies, a commercial complex for offices, showrooms and retail and seven residential communities from which five  have been finished and the other two are in various stages of development.DIP contains more than 12,000 residential units with 90,000 residents, along with 20 million square feet of office space, 25 showrooms, six schools and three hotels. Eight new hotels and serviced apartment buildings are also planned to be built before 2020 in the project.

Dubai Investments Park Development:-
The five completed residential Communities in the development includes Green Community, Ewan Residences, Ritaj, The Dunes Village and The Palisades. The remaining two communities are Crown City and Dubai Lagoon which are yet to be developed.

Dubai Investments Park Community:-
The community is divided into 7 zones which are:
Green Community: which is a self-contained residential community situated in natural greenery far from the noise of the city and close enough to good roads. It offers a wide range of apartments and villas in Green Community Villas, Lake Apartments, Terrace Apartments, Lakeside and Green Community West.
Ewan Residences: is a well landscaped, up-market and gated community designed with a mix of Emirati, Arabic and Andalusian characteristics in mind. It has its own recreation centre with play areas for, swimming pools and a jogging track.
Ritaj: has been recently completed and comprises of low-rise buildings with studios and one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments for singles, couples and families alike. There are over 2,000 affordable housing units located here with swimming pools, restaurants, shops, a supermarket and a mosque.
The Dunes Village: it is a modern gated complex of 19 five-storey apartment buildings with a swimming pool, gym, Jacuzzi, landscaped gardens, mosque, shops, cafes, restaurants, clinic and pharmacy. There are a total of 942 spacious studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with balconies.
The Palisades: which is still in the development phase around the central park. The residences will posses period-style architecture while more than 35% of the entire area will be landscaped.

Dubai Investments Park Facilities and Amenities:-
Each residential area has its own community centre with several leisure facilities and amenities, providing a varied choice of fitness clubs, swimming pools, spas and sports facilities. There are also tennis and squash courts, an amphitheatre for open air concerts, plays and other events. Academic institutes, Health care centers and shopping malls are also available for the residents and visitors alike. There are also a large number of landscaped parks and waterways designed for the residents.

DIP is situated near Jebel Ali industrial area at the intersection of the Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed highway (E33) and the Jebel Ali Al Habab Road (D57).
