Al Barsha.

The neighborhood changed entirely with the opening of the Mall of the Emirates in 2005. Al Barsha development has now become one of Dubai’s main commercial and residential centers.


It has become the third most common place to rent villas in Dubai. The convenient location and the benefit of a large nearby school district make it an ideal choice for families.
