Al Furjan is a 560 hectare, Nakheel master planned residential project, located opposite to Discovery Gardens in Dubai, in between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.

Al Furjan is an Arabic word which use for a ‘collection of homes’ or ‘small village’. Friendly, community environment with houses built in small clusters connected by a series of walkways and parks. According to the plan, grocery stores, restaurants, park areas, sports facilities and a cycling track will be within walking distance of each residence. The development will eventually account for over 4,000 apartments, houses, hotels and commercial space.

Al Furjan is situated alongside the D591 that serves Discovery Gardens, and the E77 Jebel Ali Road, both of which connect to Sheik Zayed Road, the principal spinal highway running the length of Dubai. The drive to Dubai Marina is 20 minutes, 20 minutes away from Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai International Airport 40 minutes, the Mall of the Emirates 25 minutes and Downtown Dubai around 30 minutes. The nearest mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, is less than 15 minutes drive and has its own metro station. It is 3 minutes away from Al Yalayis Road, 7 minutes away from Sheikh Zayed Road, 15 minutes away from Expo 2020 site.
